To be eligible to join the network, a group or organisation must:
- Be actively involved in environmental or community-based projects, such as Adopt A Spot.
- Agree to share accurate, up-to-date information publicly on the Live Here Love Here website.
- Identify a primary point of contact for communications and be willing to be contacted by the public for support.

The CCN is all about bringing people together who are working to make a positive difference to the local environment.
