Description: Dromore Health and Well-being organize an annual litter pick in March each year. On Saturday 22nd March volunteers lift litter on all the rural roads in the parish. Photos are taken with bags of litter at the nearest road sign. All photos are posted on Dromore Health and Well-being FB page as they are sent in. On Sunday 23rd March volunteers pick up litter in and around the town. All bags of litter are then left at the recycling centre. FODC pick them up on Monday morning. Registration is on Friday evening 21st March in The Village Table. Litter pickers, high viz vests and gloves are given out and roads to be cleaned are recorded to ensure that all roads and areas of the parish are recorded and cleaned. Health and Safety handouts are given out and also posted on our FB page. The local papers and photographers will take photos on Sunday 23rd.
