Council Contacts

Find out how your local council can support your community clean-up.

Every council in Northern Ireland helps keep our towns, villages and countryside clean and vibrant. Whether you’re planning a community litter pick, need equipment, or want advice on waste collection, your local council is here to support you.

Many councils offer free litter-picking equipment loans, arrange the collection of bagged waste after your event, and provide advice or funding for local environmental projects. Use the table below to find out what’s available in your area and how to get in touch directly with your council’s environmental or cleansing teams.
